1. Data secutity
The data, indicated with the registration, will not be passed on a third party and not used for else advertising measures, if not expressly wanted by the customer. The data of the ancestors like name, birth and death data that lie within the last 50 years will not be published and are only visible for members of the respective family tree.
2. The customer’s duties
The customer has to guarantee the correctness of the inserted ancestor data and needs the permission for publication of still living persons. The customer can be deleted at Adamio with all of his/her data, if he/she has inserted a false email address.
3. Remuneration
This part appeals on customers that have ordered a package with costs from the supplier. The height of the remuneration and the settlement modus depends on the respective contract agreement. The customer comes into delay when he/she has not payed at the specified time. With the beginning of the delay legal steps can be introduced. With repaymants because of false account data etc. possible fees of the bank institute must be paid by the customer afterwards.
4. Liability
For a lack of service the supplier is responsible in accordance to the law (gehts noch komplizierter???). For a breakdown of the server or the deletion of all data the supplier can not be made responsible for. The data protection must be organized by the customer him/herself. The supplier is not responsible for the contents of the customer. Especialy he is not obligated to examine the contents for possible right offences. If the supplier is accused of possible right offences by a third party the customer has to exempt the supplier from any liability and must replace any costs of the supplier that could have been arisen in this case.
5. Final clauses
For all right relations of the parties the law of the Federal Rebublic of Germany applies. If the customer is a merchant, a legal person of the public law or public special estate or if he has a small area of jurisdiction inland, the city of Potsdam is the only area of jurisdiction for all disputes that result from the contractual relation.
