Open data and save it
On this page you import and export the data from the Adamio data bank. So you can create backup copies here, save data sheets in a PDF file for a later print and insert ancestors from a Gedcom file etc.
Save data in a file
Choose at first a saving option like “backup copie as .adamio file” or “all data sheets a PDF file”. The created file can be sent to your email address or saved directly on your computer. Creating a file with all available options can take some minutes.
You should not open and change the created backup copy on your computer because it is possible that the data could not be imported later on and therefore the family tree would not work any more.
Open data from a file
If errors have appeared in the family tree or persons have been deleted falsely, older versions of the family tree can be restored. Choose the created backup copy on your computer and click on “OK”. The transmission also can take some minutes here depending on the family tree’s size.
Consider: All saved persons and places will be deleted in this action!
